Delete Account / Data Request

To request deletion of your SahiKhoj app account and associated personal data, email us at support@sahikhoj.in with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please send the email from the email address registered with your SahiKhoj account, and include your registered mobile number if you used one to sign up. This helps us verify that the request is genuine.

Note: the address above is currently a placeholder. The official support email will be published on this page before launch.

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the request by replying to your email. After verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data, and let you know when it is done.

Deletion covers your account profile (such as name, email address and mobile number, where provided) and personal data associated with your account. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security or resolving disputes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

If you use SahiKhoj without creating an account, simply uninstalling the app removes it from your device. No deletion request is needed.
